​It is your responsibility to ensure your fees are FULLY paid at the correct time (latest 31st March) and rate, to ensure you receive FULL member benefits, ​including preference in Field Trials for the year.

Membership Application Form
You can renew or join on line below or here tcms.ndlabclub.co.uk where we also have our working events entry system
using Pay Pal, debit/credit card
- ​or set up a standing order.
Membership runs from January 1st until December 31st each year, regardless of initial joining date. 
Club information will not be sent when membership fees are unpaid.  

Fees not paid by 31st  March each year will result in the member having to re-apply for membership.  
​

​As per club rules, if you are not a fully paid up and ratified member by March 31st; you will not receive FULL member benefits in that year.
​We pride ourselves on being a friendly, helpful club. 
Once a fully paid up ratified member, for your annual membership you will receive:

Preferential and discounted entry for our Working Tests, Field Trials and Shows
Help and Advice
Puppy Register (conditions apply)
Representation at Kennel Club, Breed Council, Health Sub Committee and ​Field Trial Liaison Council

APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP ON LINE! MUCH QUICKER AND LESS COSTLY TO YOU.
1.     You can apply for membership on line by completing the form and emailing it to us at [email protected]  and pay using the link above.
2.     On receipt of your fully completed application and payment of the relevant entry fee, you will be a provsional member of the Club providing you are correctly proposed and seconded. New member applications will then be reviewed/ratified at the next General Committee meeting.                 
The Committee retain the right to decline membership and return fees without declaring the reason; during the first year of membership only.  
3.      Once accepted/ratified, you will receive  confirmation of your full membership and      entitlement to fully paid up member benefits.
4.       You can also pay by standing order by completing the form above and sending to your bank.


Our General committee usually have two meetings per year (approx Oct/Nov and Feb/March)

You can still apply for membership by post:-
1.   Please print out the Membership Application form from the link above.  The form is editable and can either be completed on your computer or  printed out and completed by hand  
2.   Post  your completed form to the Treasurer/Membership Secretary, remembering to include your cheque.
