​It is your responsibility to ensure your fees are FULLY paid at the correct time and rate, to ensure you receive FULL member benefits, ​including preference in Field Trials. 

We have only one intake of new members per year - at our March General Committee Meeting.

Membership runs from January 1st until December  31st  each year.     Club information will not be sent if membership fees are unpaid. 
Fees  not paid by 31st  March  each year will result in the member having to  re-apply for  membership.

​As per club rules, if you are not a fully paid up, ratified member by March 31st; you will not receive member benefits in that year.

Existing members    can also pay for your annual subscriptions via Paypal on the Total Club Management (TCM) portion of our website if you are using it to enter working tests and field trials - click here to link.
APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP ON LINE. 

    We have only 1 intake of new members per year.  This will be at our March meeting. On receipt of your fully completed membership application form your application will  be reviewed/ratified at the March General Committee meeting.    
(DO NOT SEND PAYMENT).        

The Committee retain the right to decline membership and return fees without declaring the reason; during the first year of membership only.  
      Once accepted/ratified, you will receive  confirmation of your full membership and   entitlement to  member benefits. 
Your joining membership payment must be paid 7 days after receipt of your welcome email.
You can also  pay by standing order by completing the form and sending  to your bank.

You can still apply for membership by post:-   Please print out the Membership Application form from the link above.  The form is   editable and can either be completed on your computer or   printed out and completed by hand.  

Post  or email your completed form to the Treasurer/Membership Secretary and your application will be considered at the next  March meeting.
